Worst service ever! Send you out movies that are very old and in damaged crusty looking packaging. Had to go through so much rigmarole to cancel my subscription, then they claimed that a DVD wasn't returned even though it was sent with two others at the same time, so continued to charge me despite my subscription being canceled. They do not reply to emails and have the worst phone service ever. Do not join up even the two weeks free trial isn't worth the hassle of trying to cancel.

These guys have a great range of DVD's and I don't have to go to the rental store anymore and hope that what I want to watch is there. I have used this online store for a while and I have not had a single problem, I don't even have to pay for postage and it hasn't cost me anymore than my local DVD Rental store charges..

Very disappointed. Wanted a particular movie and never got it. No fuss to join but hard to cancel. They need to pick up with their service to be successful.

Webflicks completely ignores what you request and sends out DVD's one after the other that have the same starring actor or actress. This is unnacceptable as I do not want to see a movie that is almost the same as the one before especially when I have not asked for it. Also will send out complete box set for TV series when I only request one disc.

Well compared to some other ones they are not the greatest out of the bunch still good though do not forget it, the trial i got was satisfactory as expected.

Signing up was easy and no fuss, free trial was ok , slow in resending out new dvds , experience totall put me off mail dvd hire , 2 dvds went missing in the mail over the xmas christmas period ( i have a po box) so have been charged for both , customer service is ok alas they dont believe in the saying " the customer is right"

Webflicks is an online DVD company where you pay a monthly fee and DVD's are sent to you in the mail. This is the first time we had used this sort of service and although we were worried we would not get value for money, after a year we realised it was a fantastic thing to do. Whenever I used to go to the Video Store I would always not know what to get, where as with webflicks if I think of something I want to see I can log on and put it in my list. They have a pretty good range, only a couple of times something I put in wasn't there. They come in the mail fast and the quality of DVD has been good, any problems and they will send out a replacement DVD.
