Fraudulent website. No contact number. They won’t let you unsubscribe by disabling your account. I have been laying every month for a service that I couldn’t access. You have to dispute transaction only via bank as you can’t reach anyone to get help from them. Please stay away from using them

In my previous review, I was outraged at having to deal with paid messaging on this site. However it turned out to be a malfunction: on contacting the WNAN facebook page, I had a very respectful conversation with a customer service rep (Ben) and we figured out the issue. I have been listed as a nanny on this website and regularly receive email notifications of new job listing in and around my area. It is tedious to view these listings as you have to log into your account and then search for new listings instead of just being taken there via the email link. I have applied for numerous jobs and never received any kind of notification that the job listers had viewed/rejected/responded toy application. Would not recommend.

I wouldn't. They sent me links of outdated jobs. I even paid the premium but have nothing yo show for it. I never hot a single interview since I joined. They dontbmatch the right jobs for you.

Helpful Admin Support who will reply to your emails which is a change and the difference between them and 'Find A Babysitter'. Easy to read and reply to ads on the site. They just need to fix their email problem. :-)

I am listed on this website as a babysitter/ nanny and have found it pretty average. I receive notifications emailed to me all the time saying there are new jobs listed but then I need to go into the website, log into my profile and search for the most recent jobs, there is no link in the email. I also don't liek how it prompts me to pay to 'upgrade' my account to a premium caregiver every time I log in. As a babysitter/ nanny I shouldn't have to pay anything to be listed on the site and the premium caregiver status should be based on reviews by parents not by you paying the company money. As the parents already pay a fee to list their adds.
On a positive note, the search function is easy to use and you can refine by jobs closest to you or newly listed.
