Terrible car wash. Autopay credit card charged me $20 for what would in coin feeding cost me no more than $6-$8 normally.
Water Tunnel itself is also a very poor car wash experience - car is still dirty after that drive through, so having tried the options I guess I'll go elsewhere now. At $5 more I have my car hand-washed at The Pines and its actually clean...who would have thought that a car wash expectation would be to have a clean car after...

I paid $77.50 for the 'best option' of full service car wash. The services offered for this price included 'vaccum boot' which wasn't done to a professional standard. I also purchased a chicken pie at their cafe which was cold in the middle. Would not recommend.

Never again, I could have done better myself. Spent $75.50 of my hard earned money thinking the car would be spotless. Foolishly I arrived at 4.45 pm so clearly it was a rush job. My back seat wasn't even vacuumed. Waste of money

The guys here do a great job. My car was filthy but by the time they were finished it looked brand new again. Very thorough job.

I get the Good Wash every time I go here. Very good value for money. Staff are very friendly and curteous. Great coffee and the car is usually finished within 30 mins. Thumbs up from me

I'm writing this review mostly about the cafe, but the car wash is very good, too.

The coffee is really, really good, and I appreciated being able to munch on a muffin and sit in comfort while I waited for my car to be washed. It was a lot more restful than I imagined, and my car was ready very quickly.

I had a great experience, so I bought the $69.50 best service for my son for his birthday, and I also slipped him a $10 to enjoy the cafe while he waited. He was very appreciative of the gift.

As I write this review, I'm sitting here wondering why I don't go back more often. I really should.

The drive through coffee here is the best! It is actually out of my way but since I have kids in the car and don't have to lug them out to get a coffee I visit it regularly. Oh and I have gone through the basic car wash which is reasonably priced and they give you plenty of instructions, very helpful especially if its your 1st time. I was nervous 1st time driving in. Car came out clean no scratches or dints so that's all that matters to me. You can also wash your car yourself there.

Starting from $15 for the express wash its the most thorough effective and gentlest automatic car wash I have ever used.
