Brought my car in for interior and exterior clean. Exterior was done perfectly! Interior was horrible, dirt and dust still left on the dash, emptied my glove box and didn't put any of it back, was just left on the front seat of me to deal with. Also stole my back P plate. Not happy. Wouldn't recommend at all!! Worst $125 I've ever spent.

I was quoted $50 and charged $60
They use Armour All which ruins expensive leather upholstery by coating it and not allowing it to breath properly.
My steering wheel felt sticky afterward and was slippery which affected the control of steering.
If you have leather interior insist that they DO NOT use armour all on your upholstery or dash board or steering wheel.
The sun will vaporise Armour all and coat the inside of you wind shield with the oil residue in it which makes it difficult to clean the windshield afterwards.
If you are looking for a product that will not do this I have used a product called Armoured Shield and it works well.

Won't use again. Asked for the most basic wash outside, was handed a bill for $30. Tried to establish if this was the CHEAPEST wash available, had to ask 3 staff members, none of which understood what I saying - English is not their strong point, they looked at me as if I was from Mars. Overpriced, bad customer service will not return.

Dropped of my car at 11:50 and I needed the car back at 1:15 they told me it will be 1:30 which was ok but at 1:30 the car still wasn't ready, came back at 1:45 to find the car finished but really a rush job inside and out with no attention to detail, paid $71.00 and still needed to clean it when I got home,
I complained to the manager when we were there and he offered me a $5 off your next visit voucher..... Like I will be back. Never again, I would save your money and go somewhere else.

Tried this car wash based on other reviews on this site, was very disappointed with the standard given I paid for the $70 service - there was still remnants of bird poo left on the car after wash (and supposedly at polish too) and some areas clearly hadn't been washed properly, but only found these after getting the car out in the sunlight as it is washed in an underground carpark. Service at drop off and pick up was fine, nothing special.

Thank god at last i found a car wash in eastern suburbs who know what they are doing....wash n shop in eastland shopping centre (NEAR COLES) ARE THE BEST PEOPLE TO GIVE YOUR FOR A WASH....i used to go to other wash and shop in eastland shopping centre near safeway....they were butchers and no quality of work at all....ANYONE WASHING THERE CARS IN EASTLAND SHOPPING CENTRE WASH N SHOP GO ONLY TO GUYS AT COLES ENTRY ...ONLY AND ONLY COLES ENTRY....THEY ARE THE BEST ...GOOD LUCK TO THEM N CHEERS

It was a wonderful experience at NEW wash n shop hand car wash in eastland shopping centre (NEAR COLES). I was amazed by the quality and service they provided. Though its a new business I was bit uncomfortable to give them my car for wash but when i came back from my shopping i was unable to recognize my car, it was sparkling like a new car. I used to go to another wash n shop in eastland near safeway but one at coles enterance are far better then their competitors. cheers and good luck to them
