Be careful purchased a $10,000+ couch with Warwick fabric. Was are hard sell to my husband but salesperson convinced me that this was the way to go and would stand the test of time. After 18months, the couch looks cheap and nasty even after cleaning. Fabric is discoloured and looks dirty. Warwick sent someone out who totally agreed that it was not right and yet they refused claim saying I didn’t clean it soon enough. The cleaner said that the fabric is terrible. Warick do not want to know about it. Definitely not what we paid for. Do not buy

Approximate cost: $10000

Extremely disappointed! I had a large couch and couch-sized ottoman made with Warwick Lustrell Casa fabric. Although it is now 9 years old, this couch is hardly used - and anyway, I'd expect a couch to last far longer than that! The upholstery itself is totally fine but the fabric is terrible. It flakes off in large chunks and covers anyone that dares sit on it with black flaky stuff. It's now totally un-usable.
I contacted Warwick and was told to submit a claim. Did this (with photos etc) and it was rejected, stating that some wear and tear is normal. I called and explained this is far worse than normal wear and tear - we can't sit on it! They told me to resubmit the claim, which I did, but have now received another letter saying its been rejected. I've called again and am now waiting on a response, but based on the previous review, I don't hold my breath.
This is terrible customer service, and I'd warn others to choose from an alternate supplier.

Should have googled before I purchased:

Seems that I'm not the only one having problems with this fabric (and their claims process).

Had two sofas made with their Lustrell Contempo fabric. After 3 years fabric started to peel. I contacted Warwicks who told me to fill out a claim form & send photos. I did this and they rejected my claim. No one came to actually look at my sofas. I have found out this has happened to numerous others with the same fabric, so Warwicks know there is a problem with their Lustrell. There is a website dedicated to very unhappy customers who have problems with the Lustrell fabric on their furniure. Their claims dept personnel are rude and don't reply to emails. It's a matter of we have your money, now we don't want to know you. Absolutely unacceptable.

Approximate cost: $4,000.
