I came across Wandin Valley Providore Delicatessen by accident and discovered a great array of fresh meats and cheeses including a variety of continental goods and self-serve nuts and legumes. They are also stocking local produce including jams, chutneys and cheese. Overall the quality is brilliant and the service is friendly and personal... beats shopping at any supermarket. I love supporting small business and believe this shop is a real asset to the local Wandin area and hope that it's around long term. Will be back again.

Joe took over this shop a while back, re-furbished the interior, brought in beautiful, fresh deli meats and cheeses, and has been making gorgeous improvements. He has a gorgeous coffee machine, carries the best sorbet (friends from Wonga Park come over just to get it!) and a lovely variety of Italian goodies. Tell him I sent you! We need his lovely shop here as there's nothing really like it around!!
