Owner degrades staff, rude abrupt and unapproachable. Do not recommend at all. Yells at staff, rolls eyes at customers, talks rudely behind their backs. Discusting service. Will not be back for snappy service. Theyalso dont use gloves yuck

This is a traditional deli with the right smell and look when you enter the store. the meats are brilliant and you will have trouble leaving with out something in your hand. The salted Bretzel rolls are worth the drive...yum
Staff very willing to assist with any request

I urgently needed a raclette machine and called up with a request. The customer service was quick and efficient, and they even organised delivery with another of their orders. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them, and I highly recommend this business.

The meat is fantastic. They have heaps of different types and styles, and I have never been disappointed. They will even give you tips on how to cook it of your unsure. The presentation is amazing, and the food, outstanding.
