I took my car in for repairs on the day that i was asked too. They told me to bring my car back the week after as they were booked out. I took a day off work and lost a days wage and then had to take another day off work week after to take it in.
They told me my car would be ready no more than 2 weeks as the repairer's were ready and it was a small job.
I got a call after 2 weeks and they said that i had to wait another 2 weeks because they broke a roof rack and had to order a new one.
I got my car back after 5 1/2 weeks.

My car was putrid. It was covered in white dog fur and stunk like a dog had gone to the toilet in it. All my carpets and seats were covered in fur.
The dashboard was covered in dried up coffee drips.
It cost me $80 to have this cleaned as my vacuum could not remove the fur or smell.
I personally would never take my car there again.
