My husband shops at Wagner for most of our electronic needs/products.

The store has many items for pretty much anything you need.
Their catalogue is massive with loads of variety.

We tend to ring / email through our order, service is slow and at times sales staff are not always up to speed with you requests. I'm not sure if this is lack of training or just not familiar with the products itself.

Service can be improved here, they need to be more attentive and know their products more.

The store has lots of parking.

I have dealt with the shop for many year for all hardware parts. this is actually a one stop shop you can find all things you need from big to small, from lights to mobile parts, from stove top to car parts, from family entertainment to tradesman's tool, etc, highly recommended for those who want to shop all in one place.

I've shopped many times with Wagner, as they have a truly massive catalog of products ranging from resisters to DVD-R's. Be warned though, service is slow. I always ring up and pre-order all my orders and yet still I have to wait a good 30-45 minutes in store. But aside from that, they know their products.
