Used to be a good bussiness even used to pay a year in advance thats how happy I was with them but now cant get pick up even though I ring to complain

Great company, good prices. Have been with them for over 5 years and many more to come. As council bins are not big enough for our rubbish and green waste.Especially easter and Christmas.

Creepy collector, never answers phone, left messages to cancel on multiple occasions yet he still shows up demanding money from the previous time (times we canceled as hardly anything was in the bag) >.<

I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by this company's service. We recently moved into a new house and the previous owner left behind the bin with his rubbish. We contacted w & M Burgess waste to explain the situation more than once stating what had happened.Money was also owing from the previous owner. They were understanding on the phone etc. But when I arrived home, I was confronted with the bin gone and all the rubbish all on the lawn. We have small children. THEY CAN NOT GO OUTSIDE DUE TO THE SMELL, (health hazard) AND THE BROKEN GLASS ALL OVER THE GROUND. DO YOU CALL THAT SERVICE? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. NO PHONE CALL NOTHING, EVEN AFTER WE TRIED TO DO THE RIGHT THING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL

I love this service. With a large family and not enough room in the provided council bins, this service is great for the added extra rubbish. They turn up each month and replace my bag for me. I don't have to do a thing except pay.
