Horrible experience, sister had to go elsewhere to fix it after 2 failed attempts here. Don’t recommend!!

The best hairdresser in Queensland ,they LISTEN ,very friendly hairdressers and they don't sing in your ear
My hair was severely broken and damaged after a head of foils done by this salon. When I came in to rectify the damage was blamed on my hairs previous condition (of which I had healthy and long hair). If it was apparently so damaged in the first place then why would your staff agree to do a full head of foils? The staff were rude and refused to assist me after I complained regarding the damage and colour as it was nothing like the photo i showed them prior to my service. I now have had to chop 10cm off thanks to my blonde mullet from vogue. Go anywhere but here

The staff at Vogue Nationale are experts in hair styling and colouring. My hair has never looked better than after I had my visit to their salon. I had three different people working on my hair, all with different expertise, to ensure my hair looked exactly the way I wanted it to. Plus they have an incredible menu, hot food included, especially good for us girls, since it often takes several hours of primping and preening to get our hair just right. The whole experience felt like the "royal treatment".
I'm a bit speechless after going to this salon. After being highly recommended, I received a haircut fit for a sixteen year old boy - I am a pretty trendy woman and have always had funky type of hairdos but I have to say this was beyond a joke. I took a photo with me but the hairdo ended up being shaved on one side of my head - nothing like the short, feminine, piecy, pixie type of cut I had shown in the photograph. The back was stepped down horizontally in a pattern and so on and so on. The cut itself was actually quite clever and I don't doubt the stylist's abilities - it was just a shame she decided to do it on me. I think if I was around 20 years or younger it would be fine but it was nothing like we had discussed. It certainly showed off her abilities as a cutter - unfortunately at the client's expense. I would never go to this salon again. The girls were very nice but I will have to wear a hat for at least two months to allow my hair to grow enough to do anything at all with rectifying this mess. I refused to pay for my service but I think a fairer option would have been for them to pay me for allowing them to experiment with a cut that so obviously didn't suit me and was nothing like what I wanted. After spending a few hours in tears I will get on with my scarf and hat routine for the next few months. At least hair always does the predictable - it will grow!
I had a similar experience at this hairdresser. Don't go there
Just an update to my disastrous experience at Vogue Nationale - It's one month on and I am still unable to go anywere without a hat...!!!
Whatever you do - don't get your hair cut here or you too may be months before you want to be seen in public.
i had also a bad experience, got all stripey white highlights. Also remarkable bad atmosphere and vibe in that salon as if the girls are all bitching against each other
My boyfriend has his hair cut at Vogue Nationale and has stayed with them for the last 5 years. Yani is a great stylist who takes the time to shape the cut properly. They aren't the cheapest in town, but are definitely worth a little extra.
