I found Vodafones service really terrible. They had no ideas on how to help me and only referred me on to their customer service phone number which is also terrible. As soon as my contract is up, I will be changing to telstra.
i went in there to see if i could get the internet, and i was sent away THREE times for different documents which they should have told me i needed in the first place. and in the end i was turned down and they wouldn't tell me why, so i went to telstra and was approved with a great deal straight away.
I needed a mobile phone, they had a lot of options to choose from and it was quick and easy toget started. All I had to do was choose a phone then they explained the various plan options I could choose from. They also gave me the best options for my usage which was good.
