Possibly the worst salon in Australia! I purchased two vouchers in Dec 2011 and it took until April to have my first appointment scheduled due to them not answering phones, and not having available appointments for months. I have since had several appointments cancelled for excuses including that the IPL machine has broken (twice), that they are closing the salon for an indeterminate period of time (the day before my appointment), they have lost appointments that I made, they have changed their opening and closing hours and even closed at 6pm when I had a 6:30 appointment. The staff have often left me standing in reception and ignored me whilst chatting to each other or on the phone for more than 10 minutes. Just appalling.

I purchased two Deals.com vouchers for my husband and myself in Oct 2011. It has taken this long (it is now Nov 2012) to ge the appointments sorted. When we arrived after driving an hour from Fremantle for our 9am appointment I was met with an astounding look from a staff. The staff couldn't understand how an appointment could be made for two people if that staff was the only one on duty. But the management would be there in ten minutes if we cared to wait. To be told by management that they have sold the business!! But our vouchers would be honoured by the new management. Yeah I could just invision how they would honour those vouchers then !! We said to management we would be asking for our money back then and was 'politely' told that won't happen. I can see why this business went bust. They have no idea and that is putting it very kindly. An excuse for everything. Would like you to know, I've been refunded my $138 within 24hours by Deals.com after I've made a formal complaint about your business.

Run Away!!! I got second degree burns from a simple eyebrow wax! I told the 'beautician' that the wax was too hot when the beautician put it on the first side but she just got annoyed and told me that she knew how to do her job. The wax on the second side was heaps hotter and my skin blistered but the beautician still just ripped it off skin and all. It hurt so much but the owner came in and told me off because I was making noise and I might annoy the other customers (there were no other customers) when I tried to talk to the owner she told me I was overreacting! Fortunately my sister is a doctor and she gave me anibiotics and burn ointment but I still got a scar. And to make it worst she made my eyebrows weird and lopsided too. I couldn't wait to get out of there I will never ever go back not even if you pay me!

terrible salon waste of time and money . i recomend anyone thinking of going here to not go as it is unclean!!

No stars for this salon. Very disappointed at lack of proffessionalism that is shown at this salon. Salon was dirty and untidy. Staff were told to use a mix of oil and brown sugar for facial as there was no product. Cant believe I paid for this!!

Unbelievable waste of time and money! Not a single appointment ever went well. Staff is untrained. Any qualified employees leave within weeks, due to working conditions and poor treatment. Rooms are cheap tacky and nasty. Equipment is always broken, getting fixed, on order.....etc etc. What they do have is old, and does not work. Purchased vouchers from this place a long time ago. Seemed a good deal , WRONG ! I am always seeing them advertised on the daily deals? I believe it is because they have no returning clients. What is the point of getting a good price , when the treatment being done does not work? Keep your money, this " Beauty Salon " is so not beautiful!

Tell me what other salon does free treatments for cancer patients ??? This salon is a gem and cheaper and more accomadating than any other I've seen . Keep up the good work ***** 5 star service in my book

I agree with the previous comments! I was given a voucher to this salon for my birthday, however the staff cancelled my appointments last minute on more than one occasion. The managementr then proceeded to send me emails when i complained about the poor service. DO NOT give them the satisfaction of your business!

Oh my gosh - the worst ever salon I have been to. Extremely bad communication with clients - wrong times, wrong treatments, you turn up and they haven't even got your booking, even though you've got a pre-booked appointment card. HOPELESS HOPELESS HOPELESS !! Dont even waste your petrol going there
