I went in to Alan as I was having trouble with my car after aami had it fixed by a place called pringles. Alan was able to confirm my suspicions of what was wrong and did not hesistate to write a report to aami and it is in the process of being fixed. Alan was professional, quick, courteous and did not treat me (a woman), like an fool. I took my car back for servicing and I was truly happy with the job that was done!
