It was with much anticipation we tuned into Vincent Funeral Services to watch the live telecast of the funeral of my brother Albert. We are a very large family scattered across the world in Australia, America and Asia. At the grave side there was only 1 fixed camera and the sound system cut in and out all through the service. Again at the chapel only 1 fixed camera. Very disappointing. Please Vincent, update your equipment and train your staff to offer a service that is worthy of the people who for geographic reasons are unable to attend the funeral of their loved ones. Paul
would have to be the worst experience of my life. They let an un authorized person change my fathers pre paid funeral plan. They also buried him in the wrong Town. They also got his death certificate wrong. Here it is 1 year later and they refuse to even take our calls. Would not recommend to anyone.

Sorry peter but I have copy of all paperwork and your dates certainly do not match. This person could not of changed it because hospital records show he was in hospital.
Your dad may have been in hospital when the paperwork was finalised but I did meet with him and his partner personally in my office to discuss the changes.
Well peter I will call you on that. As you can see it took you over a year to respond and this is the only time you have responded. We will see eventually when all is finalised.
The service they provided when we buried my Nephew was second to none. They are a localy family owned and operated business who place the needs of the family high on the list of their priorities. No matter the time of day the are there for you.
