Most of the staff are helpful, however some of the younger ones need to be trained better in customer relations. I enjoy going to this store for the convenience and also for the great package deals they provide.

I very much liked my experience at this video ezy as i'm normally at padbury getting my movies but the staff were very helpful and i found a movie just by decribing it to one of the girls there and they found it i havent seen the movie in like 10 years it was a great treat.

This particular Video Ezy store has changed into a retail store. I find it hard to find rentals amongst all the dvd's for sale. The staff are not willing to help you find DVD's and although the new release DVD's are availabe older classics are not. I feel like I am in K-Mart.
