Staff are helpful as there are so many DVDs it is hard to find what you are looking for. They call you promptly if you have DVD reserved. Great variety and enough of each new release to usually satisfy.

Staff are friendly and know me by name, always a good selection of movies available, love there cheap Tuesdays.
They will order you in a DVD or tv series if they don't have one available for you to buy.
