These guys were the first guys I called and I was happy with them from the start. Lovely telephone manner and they answer the phone too which is SOOOO much better than an answering machine! The HWS was for my mum's property in Fitzroy mid December 2015 and being a bargain hunter she wanted a few quotes. Victorian Hot Water won hands done for quote, friendliness, reliability, punctuality, job performance etc. I will keep their details for the future and would not hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone I know.

Cannot recommend these people highly enough. New hot water system installed and the old one taken away within 2 hours of the initial call. David's customer service was great and both men attending were lovely to deal with. Thanks!

Called these guys at 7am had a new hot water installed by 11am. Guys beat my other 2 quotes by nearly $200. Clean on time and polite. the guy I spoke to on the phone was the one who did the job. Will def recommend to others. Cheers
