I initially felt intimidated walking into this jewel box of a butchery. But after receiving good old fashioned service and realising they didn’t just sell $50 steaks, I’m now disappointed I waited so long to venture in. Love it. And love their sauces even more x

This is an incredible place to visit, even if you just want to have a look. I've brought people here visiting Sydney (if they are a foodie!) as it's always interesting to see the butchers working, the food they are bringing out to the shelves and even to look at the beautiful interior of the shop.

This a an extremely unique butcher shop that is simply one of a kind - the handle is made of the shape and design of a sausage, step inside and you will see the exquisite marble floor with Himalayan Rock Salt Walls. Their products range from grass-fed beef, free-range lamb, Kurobuta Pork, Full Blood Wagyu, to ready-made fresh meals (e.g. quiches) and desserts. You cannot miss stopping by at this shop when going to Sydney!
