We weren't that happy with the service that we received from this company. They gave us one quote on the phone and then another quote for the same size bin at a later stage. They also delivered the wrong size bin. However it was bigger and we did end up only paying the price of the smaller bin. They collected the bin a day later than what they said they were going to collect it.

We booked them through rentaskip, who are an online third party skip bin hire site. Rentaskip have been great for us in the past, but this time unfortunately this company were the ones recommended. We booked the bin not knowing anything about this company. I tried calling them for 2 days to find out an estimated bin delivery time. None of their phones worked or were answered - not even to a voicemail, and on the day they just didn't show up. I called rentaskip the next morning and cancelled our booking and was refunded my money. They are definitely not to be trusted!!

We had a skip delivered by this company and when they dropped it of they hit our garage roller door with the skip. They have refused to replace the panel they damaged in our roller door. Then when they were meant to pick up the skip they never showed.

They delivered the bin as they said they would but when it came time to pick it up they were no where to be seen. They don't answer their phones. They promise to pick it up but they have not yet! This is still on going and I will be seeking legal advice! Their unwillingness to do their job that I have paid for will see them in court. They even laughed at me when I told them to pick up the bin! This business needs to be shut down.

I booked a bin following an ad in a local paper. The day arrived and no bin, several phonecalls later still no bin. The last phone call they promised to call me right back in 5 minutes....still waiting and it is now weeks ago. Never going there again.
