Change of either ownership or management and the service just keeps on going down and the prices keep on going up (more than a regular increase).
We have been coming to Vetcall for close to 8 years (monthly for expensive medication) and since the change of team 18 months ago it has never been the same and they are now so hard to deal with. Looking for a new vet

We have been a patient of Burelight Vetcall since 2007. Yesterday I had to make the hardest decision a pet owner has to make to put my girl to sleep and out of suffering. I called your surgery at 8am only for the Vet to refuse to see us. YES I 100% understand you were booked out, BUT when we really needed our Vet you were not there for us after 12 years I think that is appaling. This was not the 1st time that you have failed us! I have seen a rapid decline since Dr Rob Haig has left the surgery.
Thankfully yesterday we found the most amazing compassionate vet who went over and beyond to make us feel relaxed and my girl comfortable and at peace.
I will never ever recommend your clinic to anyone and after sharing our experience on social media I have found out I am not the only one who thinks your surgery has gone downhill.
I was very fortunate to find a beautiful Vet in Varsity Lakes who rushed us in straight away without hesitation. They were at the Unit 4 492 Scottsdale Drive, Varsity Lakes QLD 4227

Our dog had a surgery here when he was 6 months old.
They were very caring and professional. They were very helpfull and our dog was in good hands.
Their prices are also very reasonable.

We have moved up from Sydney and was struggling to find a decent veterinarian that was reasonably priced. I contacted Vetcall at Burleigh Heads and received a reply email rather quickly with a price for the vaccination and check up for our cat. We booked an appointment and we were surprised how good Dr Rob Haig was with our rather fussy feline. He gave her a full check up, vaccination and diagnosed her alergy problem and treated it without any fuss.
The veterinarian nurses were efficient and extremely polite. We will definately be going back there again and the prices for the Hills Science Diet cat food is cheaper than we've seen it anywhere else.

The vet nurses were great and quite knowledgeable however when i took my puppy into to see the vet, he had never actually heard of my breed of dog and couldn't tell me what kind of hereditary conditions i may encounter. He wasn't able to answer quite a few of my general questions either.
