Everything I have purchased here has been cheaper than any other source, in particular monthly heart worm tablets. Face to face experiences have been pleasant! Will continue to use them.

More expensive on food/flea treatments etc than where I usually buy from however I did just purchase a Sporn harness from them which was cheaper than anywhere else I could find- both online and in pet stores. I will definitely check them out in the future when I need pet accessories.

Their products overall seemed to be more expensive than some of the other online stores that I use to purchase pet supplies from. However, the products that I was looking to purchase were the Feliway cat diffuser that is plugged into a power outlet and releases cat pheromones which helps to relieve stress and anxiety in unsettled cats. Their price for this product was considerably less so I purchased it. It arrived quickly and I was very happy with the product.

I found many of there products were a little more expensive then others on line. They were however they were very helpful and informative

I get my dog food from this business and it is cheaper to order it on line and get it posted to me then to buy it locally. They post it asap. I get it usually within three working days.

If you sign up for their email newsletter you also get great little discounts and incentives like 5% off or free postage. Definitely worth trying!

I found this site cheapest for Feliway products and my order was dispatched promptly. The product came with a slip of paper stating the names of the people who received my order, picked it and packed it for mailing. It made the purchase slightly more personal as I could imagine the people behind the scenes rather than it being a totally impersonal purchase.

This business provides customer service that is second to none. My very first order with them was lost by Australia Post after they tried to deliver it when I wasnt home. After a few days of Australia Post searching for my package with no result, I contacted this business to let them know what had happened in case the package was returned to sender. They offered to replace my item for free, even though they were clearly not at fault. Luckily Aussie Post ended up finding my item a couple of days later and no replacement was needed. However their fantastic service has found them a return customer in me.

Their prices for my cats flea treatments were very competitive and I will be shopping again with them soon.

The price i paid for 3 products was cheaper (including delivery) that any other store i had found. The service was fast and efficient, which was refreshing.
