Absolutely over the moon with our new Verna kitchen and have no hesitation in recommending them. Very competitive price, the quality is outstanding, instructions are so well done and easy to follow and Ralph was very patient and helpful with our requests which changed more than once. Would not hesitate to go to Verna for any future projects.

I've used Verna Kitchens twice in 11 years and in all my discussions with them found them to be always helpful and friendly. Today I called them to tell them one of my 11 year old hinges had broken. All I wanted was to know if the hinges are still the same size so I could go and buy one. Frank simply said bring it over and I'll replace it. That service prompted me to provide a review. I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

This is the second time I have used Verna Custom Doors and Flatpack Kitchens.
Ralph and the boys are constantly coming up with fantastic improvements to make the process fool proof.
After disastrous experiences with previous companies that do flat pack kitchens- one of which I have reviewed previously, I just cannot recommend checking this company out strong enough.
We first used Verna flatpack kitchens in 2010- Ralph was fantastic and listened and worked with the detail we wanted in a kitchen and drew up the plan- delivery with Frank and Louie went without a hitch- any problems, mainly in me initially not understand how a part worked etc was quickly addressed by Ralph or Louie and nothing was a problem.
Fast forward to November 2014 and I am in awe and would just like to yell out to anyone looking at doing a flat pack- go and have a chat with Ralph.
All the wood components are made onsite in the factory and not shipped in from overseas- price is really competitive- I am just so impressed and Congratulate the boys and staff at Verna- the first experience was great- this time around I just cannot thank them enough- check them out and go and have a chat- service is unbelievable- product is amazing much much better than the big hardware stores that are promoting parts that are made OS. Its the small things they have done that make the process of assembling your kitchen foolproof.

Overall very disappointing. Required Kitchen cupboards doors. Packs received were inconsistent in color and efforts to match grains were not met. Promised delivery date of 10 working days was not delivered. Total delivery time was 4 weeks. Also some sizes were incorrectly cut. Error was fixed but not by promised date. When I rang the office to see how my order was progressing one staff said that doors were drying another staff said that doors hadn't been cut.
