I've been taking my dogs to this vet for years. Both of my current boys are rescues and one is a 'biter' due to significant trauma. They do specialised grooming for him and looked/looking after ACL issues on both. Dr Hugh and the nurses love what they do, value the relationships with their clients and provide excellent care. When I can’t get into my vet, this is where I go, they slotted me in when my dog was very sick, & then stayed in vet hospital for 2 nights. Dr Hugh & nurses were excellent & very caring, had to put our beautiful boy to sleep, Hugh came out to our house, so we didn’t have to take him to the vets, Fantastic caring people & very reasonable priced. Can’t fault this vet practice

I have been using Vermont Value Vet for years now. Two of my dogs have passed away and they were so kind and considerate. Dr Hugh and his entire team are always amazing to deal with. I now have 3 dogs who Vermont Value Vet have looked after their entire lives. Even if I moved I'd still bring them to this Vet as my trust in their care is so high.

My rescue dog had surgery to clean and remove some of his teeth..the care and expertise Dr Hugh and the team provide is 10/10

We have been coming to Vermont Value Vet for many years, firstly with my shepherd Chloe and now my 2 german shepherds have been coming to visit Dr Hugh and the staff at VVV since I rescued them (Sarge 8 1/2 years and Jessie 5 1/2 years ago). Both dogs have had minor surgery over the years and there has never been a problem during or post op.
Dr Hugh also very generously sponsors Jessie who is a volunteer Story Dog at Rangeview PS.
The staff always have time to offer pats and treats to calm their nerves.
Couldn't praise them enough.

My name is Dot the Dog !! I have been a patient at this Clinic for 61/2 years since I was rescued by my family. I always love going to see all of the staff and make straight for the weighing machine every time because I know I get a treat. One day I was so pleased to see Dr. Nicole I walked straight into her surgery and jumped up onto the table, of course she gave me another treat !! Our family used to live in this area and always took our dogs there. Our small jack russell had to be treated and they were very good and always informed us on what was happening and kept him in over night just in case. We received a follow up call to make sure everything was okay and if we needed any further help don't hesitate to ask. Our dog is the smaller member of our family and we appreciated the extra service and we now make it our local and have looked after both our dogs. thank you for giving us that personalised service.

We took our little jack russle here with teeth problems and was informed he would need a overnight stay with a small operation. They were very friendly and good. reasonably priced too. We have since moved away from this area but i would recommend them.
