Avoid at all cost, no matter how cheap. I ordered a gopro accessory on 9/11/13 for a Christmas present. Hadnt arrived a month later. They did email about 2 weeks after I ordered saying it would be shipped soon. I asked 3 times would it be here before Christmas and no one could tell me. I lodged a paypal dispute last night 17/12/13 and paypal returned my money within two hours so they must have had a few prior complaints. Customer service was polite but un helpful and didnt take me seriously when I asked for a refund so dispute was my final option. Not worth the hassel so avoid at all costs.

I purchased a camera worth almost $2000. I emailed two weeks later asking where it was, it had not been shipped yet. They offered a free $20 cleaning kit and said they would have it delivered in 7 days. 2 weeks later I email again seeking the whereabouts of my camera, it had not been sent, apparently they had been waiting for me to send an email to confirm that I would accept the free gift, so I emailed accepting. A week later my order had still not been shipped, and I again had to email to find out. They told me they were out of stock and I would have to wait until the next shipment came in. It was at this point I cancelled my order and sought the camera elsewhere. Very disappointed!!!
