WOW WOW WOW!!! I feel very happy with the result! Maria and Flic... Daaaaamn ladies you know your hair and colour! I came in with previous failed attempts from two salons that I kept giving chances to. These fab ladies got rid of the or angelfish tinge, tiggerr stripes, cut my hair GOOD (made it even) and my hair is still healthy! I feel very happy! The ladies did listen to me! That's so important :) I will be returning in a few weeks to get lighter bits (WIP) The colour they use is better than other salons (trust me I've been to lots!!) and made my hair shine and is more healthy! Found my salon been searching for months with heart ache and lots of money wasted from more expensive salons! XO Elence

I have been going to Urban for around 12 months now and love their work. I came in with a terrible attempt at a balayage hairstyle within an hr the staff had completely transformed my hair into a the look I wanted. Every time I get my hair done I am impressed and love chatting with the girls, its the only hairdressers i have ever gone back to.

I have been going to Urban for about 8 months now and i love it.. the girls are so nice and really do what ever they can to help you. I went with self dyed orange hair(trying to go blonde) and they made my hair soft and look amazing. Deffinatly recomend them to anyone!!

I was thoroughly distressed by the way I was treated by the individuals working in Urban Hair this morning. I felt the stylist was rude and had better things to do than cut my hair. I think that some of the women there need to be reminded that their task is to give the customers what they ask for. I will not be returning.

Had my first appointment at Urban Hair last week. Super impressed and the girls were really passionate. I have recieved many great comments on my hair since!

They acted nice, whilst not listening to what I wanted, had to fight to get even close to what I wanted, then offered me all sorts of things with no mention of an additional cost to the agreed price. The end result was a very ordinary, cheap looking haircut, not what I wanted, with the most enormous price tag. Definitely will not be going back there, can't afford to go anywhere else to get it fixed either. I would not recommend Urban Hair to anyone at all.

i was verey unimpressed with the service the hairdresser did not listen to a word i said and due to this ended up with a hair cut i did not ask for and was very uneven not to mention way to over priced i do not recomend urban hair to anyone
