Can't recommend them highly enough! I don't understand the bad reviews at all. Have used Urban Edge twice, and both times, can't fault the service. Have used another conveyancer for another property and charges twice the amount and only half the service!

The overall things about quality, value and service are fine. I personally feel the firm can grow much more by providing their service on a larger base, I mean I want the service all around the Australia. Will recommend if you want a peaceful process of buying or selling the property.

I was so much stressed about finding a link to buy a desired property. It wasn't getting anywhere until I came to know about Urban Edge. Urban Edge provided great service and support to me for the sale of two factories done back to back under stressful conditions. They are professional, caring, diligent and experienced. they generously spent a lot of time addressing any concerns or questions I had throughout the process. At all times I felt they were looking after our interest as a valued client and we were ever so glad to have them assisting us when we did encounter a few bumps along the way. They did everything within their power to ensure a quick and smooth settlement, and at times they did more than I would have been expected of them. Great service, but need to have extra amount allotted just for this help/service. though good because, will lessen stress and give bit more time for other details instead. Property purchase case was handled with highest degree of professionalism. Overall very pleased with the final outcome.

Absolutely terrible service, first settlement cost me $858 in fines by council and water authorities by providing incorrect address .in second settlement he did not even lodged cheques to the respective parties. Land of acquisition form has not been lodged since 4 months.... Guys don't use them they are scammers

great service for the price - automated messages kept me informed with regiular phone calls to let me know what was going on. Settled on time and were ready for a settlement one week before it was due. Definitely recommend these guys

It was nice talking to them regarding the conveyancing service. They helped me out with both sale and purchase transactions before and their service were excellent. I will be using them again for my next purhcase

After many follow ups he completed job and issued refund Amount they over charged me. but yes will not recommend. .. very stressful experience. Lesson learnt You get what you pay for thats for sure!

Ive used these guys before and recently stumbled across these posts. I must admit the posts dont sound like the company i used. They sent heaps of updates and answered all my questions. Ill definitely use them again.
