Hours late. Made a big hole in the door and never came back to fix it. Promised a refund. Over 12 months later and not received! Emails, texts and calls ignored. Do not trust!

Hired Universal Movers to move apartments recently. The service was excellent. On the day of the move itself, they showed up on time and very quickly loaded everything onto the truck and were careful not to damage anything, then delivered our things to the new place and again carefully unloaded the truck. I thought it would take several hours but their team got everything done in about an hour. Granted our place wasn’t that big so not a lot of furniture, but still very impressive service

I highly recommend Universal Movers - super fast, easy and accommodating to deal with. They were awesome- super friendly, respectful of our things and very quick! They were absolutely lovely to our kids who were (not ideally) running around getting in their way and even gave them things to carry to feel involved. They had two trucks loaded in 1.5hrs and moved us in one go across to the new place and even helped put together some tricky furniture . I'll definitely be using them again

These guys were on time, efficient, friendly, funny, positive and a treat to work with on move day. The crew leader kept his crew laughing and all three guys were kind and went above and beyond what we asked. I will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks dudes!!
