I have been going here for around 13 years.
Over this time there have been a few managers but they have always been good.
The staff have been helpful, friendly and have tried to not make me "over service" my car.
Aaron is the Manager at the moment, seems to know his stuff and has made a few improvements.

i took my car there for maintenance service only to find out that after picking up my car they forgot to put my back my brake pads properly as i was driving home i could here a clunk clunk clunk every time i applied the brake it was then when i got back home and did a better inspection my self took off the left front wheel and noticed that they didn't put the bolt back to secure the pads on the wheel after ring them several times with no answer as they had left for the day I then called the emergency 1800 phone number that was on there invoice and spoke to person they suggested that i didn't drive the car as i needed to ring ultra tune first thing Monday morning to rectify the problem as i was not happy at this stage with no car to drive on the weekend i could have had a bad accident. Monday morning as i rang them the only thing they said was I'll send a mechanic to have a look at it with NO apology to me that was the last time i have taken my car to them, as i been going there for last 6 years but they had changed hands 4 times and was not up to standard i will no longer be taking the car there NOT Happy Jan
