.Here is my awful experience story, I am not complaining it's just with a thought that your front service [redacted personal identifier] will improve service. [redacted personal identifier] around 7pm at your counter [redacted personal identifier] and then I was asked to fill new customer form. Afterwards they started entering details to register me but unfortunetly couldn't find the bank which I mentioned in the form and started saying bank must have moved somewhere or the address is not correct, though my father has sent money from u guys to the same bank account and I did show the receipt as well. But finally they couldn't locate this one and then I gave a different bank account and to my all wonders they couldn't locate that as well and was asking me to show the check book or something to proof bank address is correct.. I mean they actually asked me.. and moreover she was saying she go for dinner at 7:45 and she was only one at the counter but she is still stuck with me and after all around 8:00 she told me it's already 8:00 and you'd guys will be closing soon and my bank details are not correct and she cannot help me at all. UAE exchange I would recommend either you guys should change your trading hours so that your employe can go for dinner at 7:45 or have somebody else at work if you say you are open until 8:30 PM on Thursdays. This was such a disappointment as I had to send money on urgent basis which didn't happen. The next day I drove all the way to your Sunny bank Branch from my home place mountain Tamborine. I had the same new customer filled forms handy with me, I met [redacted personal identifier] again [redacted personal identifier]. I gave her the same forms and it took her less then a minute to enter my details and locate bank account, just because of her I was able to send money. I am grateful to your sunnybank employe.
[redacted] I am feeling bad about mentioning all this but i thought it's important for her to improve service. And atleast if cannot help don't give excuse of runing to dinner when you guys claim you are still open. I hope if she realizes customer service is just not a word it's an attitude that representative carry.

This foreign exchange/ money transfer business in Robina Town Centre is really fast with their service however, just few mistakes during the transaction, but nothing to worry about. I transferred money overseas via MoneyGram and they misspelled my first name. But the problem has been resolved the second time I sent money with them again. They have $8 transaction fee for MoneyGram transfer.

Their exchange rate is better compared to my bank online transfer charge, but still not the best compared to Forexworld. I still go with them since they are the closest to my location.

You can ring them for exchange rate today. They are open MOndays - Fridays at 9:30 am to 5pm, Saturdays:10:00 am to 3:30pm. They are close on Sundays. Don't forget to bring a valid ID if you will be transferring money.
