I did a great mistake visiting this dealership (Tynan Suzuki),
I have never been treated this way before, I think I was treated more like a burden rather than a potential customer, it was like I had to convince them for them to show me around, although the service I got from most of the staff was average it was the store management that was the worst, he was ok in the beginning but around 20 mins later came out really rude and unprofessinal, basically told me that I was wasting everyones time by going around looking for cars and to stop doing that.. if I'm paying for it why shouldn't I shop around, If you have the skills convince me in buying your stuff. Seriously these guys
lack every bit of customer service.

I was actually considering to buy this car but they totally blew it away, anyways it's their loss not mine.. I would give zero star if it was possible..

What a waste of time this Tynan Motors dealership! Went there to have a look at used car, needed to drag information out of the sales person... then asked to go for a test-drive and then it started: "will you buy this car? where do you live? oh, you drove all the way here! are you ready to put the deposit?" I don't understand how you can make a decision without driving the car... Anyway, left without test drive and will never ever go back! Terrible service!

These people act within the law but in my opinion do not act within the true meaning of 'fair and honest' trading - They charge a $350 FEE if you do not proceed with a sale after signing a contract. Stay well away and DO NOT TRUST anything they say - never sign a sales agreement without first taking the document home and reading it thoroughly.

Do not waste your time with this dealership.
Loyal customers don't seem to mean anything to this sales team and [redacted names] need to visit repeat business with local customers 101.
I have purchased 3 vehicles in 9 years from Tynan Subaru and loaded accessories to approx value of 170k.
The sales professional that I dealt with has since located to Tynan Miranda. Sal provided an exceptional level of service and now Kirrawee Tynan is left with rank amateurs who will not see another dollar of mine and that includes their service department as they also got the flow on trade.

Walked after arranging to test drive a vehicle 4 days prior and then being told to wait, after 20 minutes still no Stefan, 30 minutes still no Stefan while Emmanual was evading us trying to look professional. Still no test drive.
Returned later and finally Stefan turns up saying we don't want your business, we can't negotiate go somewhere else.
So we left with our deposit and will purchase elsewhere. Never will I recommend ths business again and never will I consider buying another vehicle from Tynan group at any time in the future.
Pathetic, tragically unprofessional amateurs.

The rudest most arrogant staff they let their ego get in the way when they didn't get a sale. Sent my husband the rudest text when we did not purchase from them. Will never go back. They do not deserve our business (or anybody elses.)

I would not recommend buying a car or taking your car for service with Tynan Motors. I found them to be uncaring towards me and I think this is reflective of their company culture. I required their Hyundai Service and there was no continuity in addressing my issues, there was a different customer service representative every time I interacted with them. I felt like no one cared! There were extended delays, last minute cancellations for a job I booked 2 weeks in advance. I run a local business myself and want to support other local businesses but have been continually disappointed by Tynan. I made a complaint to management, and they didnt seem to care either. I was later called by Tynan in response to an online review I left, however all they did was justify "how they do business" and were not understanding of my frustration at all. I spent another 20 minutes trying to explain my situation, to which my needs were again not met. I feel completely disempowered by the experience I had and feel like I have no say over how these big businesses operate and get away with terrible service. It has been a very bitter experience and I would not recommend Tynan to anyone!

Salesman was great up until the point when I'd signed on the dotted line. It's been all downhill from there!

When I went to pick up my car it wasn't ready because the salesman was away and hadn't left instructions for anyone else. Then they tried to put the wrong plates on it. Then none of the paperwork had been prepared (including the finance paperwork). Then, when I was finally ready to drive my car home, it had an empty petrol tank. They gave me a voucher for $40 fuel so I had to stop on my way home.

When I got home I realized that the floor mats hadn't been installed and I had another run around to get them.

Since then I've had other issues with the Service Dept that are ongoing.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone - go elsewhere

The salesperson took me to a delivery suite where I was able to inspect my new car in private and then all the functions were explained and demonstrated to me. The paperwork was done and I drove out in my brand new car. I used to be nervous at car dealerships but here I was totally relaxed and even enjoyed the delivery experience. The female staff that I dealt with were very professional and competent and I hope they are still there when I need to buy my next car.

The most unhelpful, slimey car dealership around. It was like they didn't want the sale. They insulted me as a women driver and I couldn't handle such powerful car. I ended up buying elsewhere. We had a safety recall on the car and I took it to them as they are the closest dealer to be and they replaced something else. Never ever going back!!!

I agree 100% new car lacklustre presentation on delivery had to make payment first before they even showed me car wasn't properly detailed satnav not connected dealer was not apologetic at all very poor service indeed never buy again here

we got our car back from here missing p plates, and got fined that day ! I rang and complained they were sorry but couldnt find m p plates! why remove owners property? and lose them! total joke, avoid!
