Prompt attention to our problem (blocked drain ultimately requiring replacement of a section of pipes). The work needing to be done was explained well, and was carried out with a minimum amount of disruption to us. The workers were responsive to requests made by us and our garden was only minimally affected. Very happy with the outcome.

Can't thank Tuggeranong Plumbing enough for their help and response to our dilemma with a flooding backyard. Had to turn the water off. They came, assesed, got a price for the work and were able to fix the issue within a matter of hours. The Central Call centre staff were very helpful in keeping us up to date with time for plumber arrival and assurance. The plumber was terrific in explaining what the issue was, gave us some options as to what course of action we could take, and made our decision making a lot simpler.

The service we received to fix a leaking water pipe in front yard was very comprehensive, from the first assessment and through to detection and pipe replacement the plumber Ash and his offsider worked very hard over three days to isolate repair and test the water service to the house. Afterward, everything was explained to us each step of the way with all questions answered. The area was left clean and tidy afterward. Very happy with the service.
