Was unable to perform job after being given specific instructions. Mounted antenna in totally wrong place, cables run like spaghetti and drilled unnecessarily through roof. Was told not paying for a service that was not requested and would only pay for parts. Failed to provide itemised invoice as requested so researched purchase price of antenna and paid $50.00 which was mid range, no receipt provided for this payment and additional $130.00 for labour that was not per instructions was not paid. Owner became very unpleasant to deal with. Had to go to police regarding threats and 5 days later the antenna was stolen from the roof. Criminal report made.

They Have a 3 year Guarantee on there products/service -pity they did not follow up on problems when asked to come around and sort problem out 3 ph calls and still no visit ..... No sure that I would recommend them now ?

Thanks Jeff for the great service - they were visiting a house across the street from us, a neighbour asked them if they could take a look at our antenna - no trouble new antenna installed for the Digital reception -Thanks for the great service......talk about great service : )
