If this is the same person that operates Big John's Glass Pool fencing or Big John's Pooling Fencing then you should avoid him like the plague. He gave us a quote for some glass fencing around our spa. Paid the deposit then nothing but excuses, would answer phone, voicemail or emails.
Seems this is his M.O.
DO NOT USE THIS GUY

The owner initially gave us a quote for the installation of a small portion of additional glass pool fencing and to repair some damaged metal fencing. We paid a deposit. He was consistently hard to get hold of, often not answering our calls, and then not returning voicemails or text messages. He kept promising to turn up to do the work and then not showing up and not contacting us to say why. We have now been waiting 4 months. He is completely uncontactable now and has not returned our deposit. He has behaved similarly with Consumer Affairs Victoria who followed up on our behalf. If we want our deposit of almost $1000 back we will need to lodge a case with VCAT.
