This business is poor at accurately processing accounts and bills. They are also slow in correcting errors. Ensure you follow up discounts that you may have been promises...ie pay on time discounts etc as they do not always automatically credit your account when they should.

yes i also like these guys. they have always been good to me . i especially enjoy the quick flicks videos they send every year. i have just gone to a new supplier it was better priced . so if i dont like them i will go back.

CHanging to tru energey gas and electricity was the best thing i have ever done, u always get a discount for paying on time and there bills are far prices. never had any problems with them, and customer service is fantastic. top work
