Very professional, they called me to confirm service time, I was dropped off and picked up and was charged exactly what I was quoted. Its a small business with big customer service and very nice people skills. As a woman its important not to feel like you are being taken advantage of and I never had even an inkling of that feeling. I will be recommending to friends and family.

Although I am a female and often feel that I am taken for a ride by mechanics, TRS does not do this. They have gone out of their way to ensure my car was serviced and then fixed (when required). They loaned me a car and did not charge me as the larger companies do.
