Turned up after 5pm after having waited all day. Didn't bring a ladder to reach cistern and stood with filfthy shoes on white toilet. Unable to speak and communicate and even offer name or apology for late hour. Didn't bring parts and used used parts but charged for new parts. I think they only get buy from lazy loyal customers. Horrid and would never use again.

Turn up on time and do the job.

We have used Trinder for a number of jobs over the years and have found them to do a good job for a reasonable price. Only once were we a bit disappointed when they installed our dishwasher, the job was adequate but very untidily done - we believe this was done by the apprentice. Otherwise they always turned up as promised and did the work promptly and efficiently.
