Saturday was my first visit to Tribeca Dental. I learnt so much about preventative care of my teeth and gums. Dr Seeto even showed me how to floss correctly (one of my downfalls, even at 36 years of age).

He talked to me in layman's terms about how I can improve my gums to avoid future problems with gum disease (luckily I'm a stage 2 which means I can reverse any damage that has been caused so far).

Originally I didn't think it was necessary to have an x-ray as my teeth are in very good condition, however I am so glad I did as I learnt so much about my teeth and how to keep avoiding problems in the future.

Dr Seeto's relaxed and affable manner, I can only only assume would put most of his clients at ease (not everyone likes coming to the dentist).

i have been going to Dr Seeto for three years now, no one really enjoy going to the dentist to be honest but Dr Seeto and his team always do their best to look after you. The check up is always thorough with detailed explanation of procedures, the equipments are modern set in a nice clinic.

I always thought I had a great dentist, until I went to see Ervin Seeto at Tribecca Dental. I'm so glad my former dentist moved overseas otherwise I may never have found him.

What I like about Ervan is his proactive nature. He's not about maximising your dental work to increase his bottom line. Sure, he does add on services like whitening which you can request. But the bottom line is he's really genuinely interested in preserving your teeth – for life.

You know I couldn't believe that in 40 years of visiting the dentist no one had shown me how to properly floss. I thought I'd been doing it right all these years but Ervan corrected my technique and now my gums and teeth feel better than they have in years.

Ervan also gives me a gum health rating each time I visit, which is vital feedback to keep me on track (or spur me on to do better). And if that wasn't enough he is also running a membership program which gives you discounts on dental services for improved results. So you actually get paid for looking after your own teeth!

We all know daily flossing, if done correctly, is one of the most important things you can do to improve the health of your gums, and longevity of your teeth. The other thing you can do is find a dentist who listens and who really cares, like Ervan Seeto.

I have had a lifetime of negative experiences with dentists and well developed avoidance skills. It was such a welcome surprise to meet this dentist. He is highly skilled, thorough and sensitive with a genuine interest in your wellbeing. I have learnt a lot about how to care for my teeth, have followed his hygienne advice and finally seeing some results. Pity I didn't know all this many years ago.

I have long had troubles with my teeth and had developed a fear and loathing of dentists over the years, so when, Ervan who owns and runs Tribeca, was recommended to me by friends in London where he used to live and work I took their recommendation.

From my first visit to him I have been thrilled with the care and service and the quality of the treatment I have received and I have referred several friends there who have all had the same experience.

He really is all about your oral health - and definitely not about doing work for the sake of it. I was having issues with what I thought was a tooth problem which I feel any other dentist would have said I needed work done but here I was told how the problem really lay with my gums and after a good clean was sent away to work on my gums. Wihtin a couple of weeks the pain went away and I'm happy to report that 2 years on I have great gum health and have been working my way through replacing my metal fillings with white ones (my suggestion not theirs) and I've received consistently warm, friendly service and great dental care.

I would recommend Tribeca to anyone but in particular anyone who has had bad experiences with dentists in their past.
