I think that transact enjoy taking advantage of its customers especially with their bundel agreements, I find them to be difficult to understand and a waste of money for what you receive. their mobile service bundled with your home phone is a good example, its just a vodaphone service repackaged to transacts benefit, while transact pay almost nothing for the service they make it seem like its a necessity and without it you will pay more on your power bill etc. Its a company that has built itself around a mass marketing scam and should be stopped.

TransACT handles our home phone and mobile. Their invoices are always correct; their customer service is friendly. Twice we've had phone outages due to storms, and they have been right on top of it, getting it fixed, and keeping us posted on their progress, which is really reassuring. We don't mind the outages so much, because the people at TransACT are so friendly about it, and really helpful.
