They have a lot of toys in here but some of them were very overpriced. The staff were friendly and were always willing to help but a bit over the top at times and hover over you.

They have a very large selection of toys for all ages but i was a bit unimpressed with the layby cancellation fee they charged, i purchased a few items to put on a christmas layby but when we realised we were going to be overseas at the time it was supposed to be picked up i was told i wasnt able to pay the layby out early and would have to pay $20 to cancel it. despite this the staff are friendly and customer service is good.

I entered your store looking for a gift for a 2 year old who has everything. I was served by Chealsea and she was professional, courteous and efficient with great suggestions. If I had a retail business, I would consider poaching her...

Great toy shop, my kids love it there, very friendly staff, and prices to match. easy access to shop from Target car park. one day we would like to buy the lights in the shape of the trees!

Bought some dolls for my twin girls from Toyland for their upcoming 2nd birthday. Prices of their toys are really competitive and also in good quality. They have lots of toys to choose from and the staff are always willing to assist you. I have a good customer service experience at Toyland. If you are now starting to look for Christmas gift items for your little ones, I recommend this store.

Good Value, Occasional Discounts, Satisfactory Quality, Fairly well laid out, sometimes slow queues, but one queue to enter payment area is much better than multiple queues

This is a great toy store that competes well with the big ones and nearby Target. There are always great sale items all year around and they are often the latest toys. I have always had great service from this store - it's juniors are well trained.
