I highly recommend Total Solar Solutions to anyone looking for a solar system installation. Right from my initial web query for a quote, TSS were nothing but totally professional. They responded to all my e-mails quickly and provided heaps of up-to-date and relevant information. When Daniel come over for a more detailed quote, he spend two hours with my sister-in-law and I. He answered all my sister-in-law’s questions (who knew very little about solar) with patience and precision. He did not oversell us on anything and removed items that were not going to be useful to my sister-in-law. The installers arrived at exactly the time promised and were friendly, efficient and, just like Daniel, answered all our questions patiently and in easy to understand language. Not only did they install our solar system, they upgraded our fusebox and installed an air-conditioner. They even installed an additional power point free of charge. We had our solar panels installed in December 2018.
From our first contact with Daniel to the installation with the guys and Reece we could not be happier.
Daniel Made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us over a cuppa, and later any questions we emailed him were answered very promptly.
The guys who installed the panels were fantastic, they are a credit to the company, they even replaced some cracked tiles that they found for us, they were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.
Reece the owner, came out and checked their work while the panels were being installed to make sure everything was to his high standed.

I am doing a follow up review based on almost a full year.

Was absolutely thrilled with our initial installation as our home faces some awful aspects and getting something to work for us was always a challenge. We set Daniel a brief of what we wanted and let them go to work.

Well we now have a power bill of $94 for the past quarter compared to over $900 for the same time a year ago.

Not only that the full year statistics on the SOLAR EDGE system show that Daniel, Reece and co did EXACTLY what they said they would do. Our generation over a year is equal or slightly more than the total consumption.

Next stop is a battery.
