I have to say there passport they offer is a load of crap . Because I have hair extentions and they apprently take longer and need to use more product they want to charge me more double the amount . So when I had natural long thick hair what is the difference . My hair take 50 min for blow dry usually . Staff are fake and rude . From being A precious mystery shopper this is appalling .

I had been to Total Bliss a couple of times in the past, the first time was a gift from my husband; I had a body scrub and wrap done, which was nice but very expensive. I had my hair done once which wasa also nice but once again, expensive. Overall, I wouldn't go back there due to the pricing and I can find better hairdressers for cheaper prices.

my wife has been going there for years they are awesome they do a great job on my wifes hair so very friendly bit expensive but its worth it as my wife is very happy with there services
