I just wanted to quickly thank you for your outstanding customer service during the purchase of my (now) fiancés engagement ring. How could she not say yes?
I had been looking online for months at “wholesale” sites and comparing prices with standard retail shopping mall jewellers, the price difference was massive but I couldn't quite get my head around making such an important and substantial purchase from an online store.

I didn't know much about diamonds and what it all meant but when I went in to buy the ring I wasn't pushed to choose the most expensive one available, I was given sound advice which I found to be a great service.
When the ring was too big for my future wife's finger I contacted Maria and explained that we only had a window of three days to get the size corrected because we had a dinner coming up and future wife didn't want to be without her new bling. She got it sorted within the tight time frame, at no additional cost and with no fuss what so ever. PERFECT FIT.
