Handle had broken on security lock- Other locksmith told me have to have new door - Jason arrived on time - In 1/2 hour replaced lock ,we were able to use old keys -cost $165 Great service will use again when require locks.

I locked myself out on a Sunday morning when I was running around the corner to buy the papers. After trying to locate my friend with my spare key without success, I called Toplock, based on a recommendation from a friend. Justin was at my place in a flash - he was friendly, efficient and I was back inside in no time. What could have been a major inconvenience, was nothing more than a little problem that didn't disturb my day.

Shaun was great, and very polite (even despite it being 2am!). He also arrived earlier than his estimated time - which is great when you're standing outside in the rain in the middle of the night. Work was completed quickly and with consideration to the neighbours. A really great service that I'd happily recommend.

Just moved in and managed to lock ourselves out of our new home on a Saturday afternoon. We called TopLock Locksmiths and Justin was at our doorstep in 15 minutes. Took less than 60 seconds to unlock our front door and we soon forgot about our initial distress!

Open of locked door and replaced key barrel. The job was done the following day after my phone call. The guy was very nice and explained the costs before he started the job. Very happy with the overall service.

We have moved from Sydney to Melbourne to live and Top Lock was referred to us by a real estate agent. Jason from Top Lock did five jobs in all - doors rekeyed, down bolts installed, window locks installed, safe installed and new bolt installed on security lock-up cage. We have been thoroughly impressed with the efficiency, expediency, promptness of work carried out from start to finish. Jason who did our work was so polite and friendly as were the the other people from TopLock that we spoke with. The service was exceptional and personal. We recommend Top Lock with out any hesitation.

locked out of home - speedy service was great, friendly and efficient. the price was i suppose to be expected and it was after hours at 10 pm and i needed it to be quick - and the service was quick, within 25 minutes :) so thats good .. but this WOMOW site is very difficult to use, which does not help these businesses
