It was my first time getting a wax (and went straight for the XXX so jumped in the deep end). Scott was great and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. He made me feel very comfortable and was very reassuring. He offered great support letting me know what to expect afterwards and made himself available if there were any problems (there weren't). Highly recommend!
