All staff (including the cleaning staff and the ladies delivering the meals) that I had contact with during my stay at the Toowoomba Base Hospital were helpful and very friendly. The food was excellent and I felt that staff did everything they could to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. All of the staff work hard and have to deal with some tragic and heartbreaking issues both inside their work environment and in possibly in their personal lives also, and they are still friendly and helpful to the patients. They do an excellent job and I thank them with all of my heart.

Love this hospital, the service is great and timely. the ED is sometimes a bit busy, but normally only because people are visiting with the sniffles. if u got a serious problem, they always see you fast
