this place is good if u want a cheap trim or straighten ur hair they do it all for $20....however do not dye ur hair there coz theyll wreck it, they do an awesome job but there bleach really ruins ur hair if you have thick hair ur pretty safe but if your like me and have thin hair dont do it...no need for an appointment just rock up and ull have to wait max 15 mayb 20 mins at max
