Food: Below average, particularly the roasts. The Lasagne extremely oily, and the chips are like a "lucky dip", often being soggy.
Staff: Very rude. On a few occasions my order has not been what I ordered. Twice, they forgot my order and the last time when I questioned it, not only was I ignored but the staff member turned their back on me.
I have not, will I ever return.

Absolutely love the fish cocktails from here. They are tasty and the shop is always packed. Not sure why it has such a low review, but a lot of the locals around here really love it!

Two words to describe the food from this takeaway, expensive & disgraceful.

Chips were black from using rotting potatoes, fish was nasty. Don't go there!

I ordered my Xmas chickens- was charged extra to get them cut up ( never have I been charged elsewhere).
I paid by card. I was made to pay each chicken separately, so will be slugged fees for three transactions instead of one.
I asked for a receipt and was told I didn’t need one.
Hope the chickens are of good quality-

Tom and Pam's have good size servings, can do catering packs which we have used previously and they are really good with really good food. Unfortunately the customer service isn't up to scratch and often it takes a long time to receive food.

We are regular customers of this fish and chip shop and find them very polite and friendly and would recommend them to anyone. they have been selling fish and chips in the area for over 20 years

The food is ok. it is cheap enough to feed the family. cheaper than most other take away shops.There is plenty of parking and it is open good hours of the day

I found the food nice, which is a shame, because the service is disgraceful. On more than one occasion, i have found them to be rude and inconsiderate, not just to myself, I have overheard it with other customers. The shop does a lot for the community, but i think they should start improving things closer to home.
