Left my watch for battery and pressure test, got it back broken, they refused to repair it, wouldn't refund my money and lied to fair trading to get away with it. [Redacted inflammatory comment]

These guys are attentive to their job, are fast and do it well. Have been there for watch battery replacements, watch repairs, jewellery repairs and even had to have my husbands wedding ring cut off by them after he injured his finger. They apologised they may not be able to repair perfectly but as usual, yes. it was mended absolutely perfectly. Oh yes, and quick enough back to his finger so he could not claim bachelor hood again. I am always pleasantly surprised at the cost of the wonderful service I have received here and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
