I’m not sure what kind of work he does but he is a bully on the road. Tailgated me and my mum one night with his high beams on down a quiet country road as we drove home from an outing together. Mum is a young 70 but was very disturbed by his behaviour. His lights literally lit up our whole car and shone distractingly in the mirrors. Eventually he hooned past us and that’s when I saw his business name on his ute. I hate bullying behaviour like that on the road. Not cool at all to treat people like that and a very bad reflection on his business.

Can't thank you enough for the works to our home. Very professional business, honest and reliable. Would recommend to anyone requiring stump work. Thank you

Work was late to start. Staff left their rubbish on site which we had to dispose of (lunches, coke bottles etc), staff helped themselves to beers out of our fridge (My husband came home to find them sitting around and drinking them) and drank at least half a slab by the time the work was completed. Staff burst a water pipe under the house which i had to have urgently replaced, which cost me around $1500 to fix.
Worst thing is i'm not sure the work was completed correctly - the plaster is still cracking and doors still get stuck every once in a while. The doors up one end of the house won't stay open and close by themselves so house must be on a lean.

We have been so pleased with the work of Tim's Reblocking that we have used the company twice in 12 years on two different houses. Both houses were old 1950s weatherboards and the guys did a fantastic job. One house had no cracking inside but our recent one had a fair bit of plaster that cracked as the house badly needed restumping. Tim' Reblocking ensured all internal doors opened. A quality job. The foreman Dale is terrific too. Thank you Tim and crew.

We had a very old weatherboard house reblocked by Tim. The house had sunk substantially and needed to have all the floors ripped up to lift the house. Tim was completely professional and kept me up to date on any problems incurred. The house was done on time which was very important because we couldn't move in until the work was finished. Highly recommend them. Also quite a bit cheaper than another quote I had!

Approximate cost: $12500.00

I hate it when tradespeople make an appointment for a time you say is not good for you, but they convince you its the only time they can make it. Then you put yourself out and wait for them to show, and you wait and you wait until you finally realise they are just not going to show....... Well that is what they did to me. When I called I got the "care factor of ZERO attitude".
Don't waste your time with them.
